Edmonton is the capitol of Alberta, Canada. The picture is of the Alberta Legislature Building. I bought the postcard at the West Edmonton Mall, one of the largest malls in the world, on the day that our hockey team, the Edmonton Oilers, won Game 6 of the Stanley Cup final. Edmonton is sometimes called the Festival City because of the many arts and music festivals we have here in the summer. We also have the University of Alberta, world famous for its medical research. Edmonton is a great city! Good luck with your postcard project!

Bleu, Some people forget that Alaska is VERY BIG! It takes me 10-12 hours to drive halfway across the state from Kenai to Fairbanks! My husband used to work at Prudhoe Bay and would have to fly to work, stay for 3 weeks and then fly home for 2 weeks! Lessa

Hi Bleu! This is one of the gigantic humpback whales you can see in Maui in the winter. They come down from Alaska to have their babies where the water is warm. It's really amazing to see them jump way out of the water like this! Love, your Secret Admirer :-)

Hi Bleu! This is a place we like to visit in Sourthern California called Big Bear Lake. I've never seen a bear while we've been there (except at their little zoo where they keep some who got hurt in the wild and need a safe place to live). This part of the lake is called 'Boulder Bay' Can you guess why? "S.A." :-)

Dear Bleu, These are some of the amazing flowers that grow in Australia. The Sturt Pea is native to South Australia and is named after one of our explorers. The Mallee is a small tree. There are a number of species but all have very weird flowers and seed pods. Dear Bleu, I live in New England in Plymouth, Massachusetts, also known as 'America's Hometown'. I have to admit I really love this town. We live right near the oc3ean and enjoy going to the beach all summer long. Plymouth was founded in 1620 by the Pilgrims, so there is a lot of history here and lots of historical places to visit. I hope you enjoy the postcards. I tried to find ones that would show off a bit of Plymouth's History since it is such a big part of this town. Enjoy! Catherine

Dear Bleu, Here are a few of the historic sites that many people come to visit each year. A lot of Plymouth's businesses thrive during the summer when all the tourists come to visit. Here is a little tidbit for you... see Plymouth Plantation on the front of the postcard... that is where I was married... it's actually much more beautiful than you can tell from the postcard. I went exploring all day up in the San Juan Mountains near Silverton, CO. It was a blast! My truck was in 4 wheel drive and the roads were very very scary but I made it over 2 jeep trail roads and explored a ghost town with houses and stores just like the picture.
